In-person · 6 hours
Our flagship format. A full day spent working through all major topics: spending analysis, service comparison, recurring cost reduction, and action planning. Conducted in groups of 6 to 12 participants for a rich, collaborative experience.
Participants work through guided exercises, discuss their findings in small groups, and leave with a completed personal action plan. Printed materials and reference guides are provided.
In-person · 3 hours
Focused modules that go deep on a single topic. Available themes include energy contract comparison, insurance review, grocery budgeting, and subscription audit. Ideal for participants who have a specific area they want to work on, or as a follow-up to a full-day session.
Sessions are more intensive and specialised. The smaller scope allows for greater depth and more time for individual questions.
Remote · 4 hours
The same structured content as the in-person format, adapted for remote delivery via video conference. Participants receive digital versions of all worksheets and materials in advance. Exercises are completed individually and discussed in breakout groups.
This format removes geographical constraints and allows participants who cannot travel to access the same quality of training from home.
